Schedule Appointment

ALL appointments require a non-refundable deposit, based on the appointment needed. The deposit will be applied as a credit towards your invoice.


  • All necessary documents must be emailed to no later than 24 hours in advance.

  • NEW customers must fill out the registration form no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Payments and/or payment arrangements are required at time of service. (NO CHECKS)
